Pine Valley Middle School Principal

Kesha Cauley
Hello Mustang Families!
My name is Kesha Cauley and I am honored to serve this community as the Principal of Pine Valley Middle School. I came to Texas from Minnesota to attend Prairie View A & M where I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Biology Pre-Med with a minor in Chemistry while playing soccer for the University. I received my Masters in Education Administration with a Principal certification from Sam Houston State University.
My career in education began at the middle school level teaching science and coaching soccer. Before leaving the classroom I taught Biology and Earth and Space Science at the high school level while serving as the head girls soccer coach. For the past five years I’ve had the pleasure of working in this community and look forward to preparing our Mustangs for high school.
My husband and I met in college and have two wonderful children. My love for this community continues to grow and I’m thankful for the opportunity to serve as your principal.

Langston Patterson
My name is Langston Patterson, your new Assistant Principal and I am eager to meet and get to know all of you! Previously, I have served in roles such as Assistant Principal of Operations, Assistant Principal, Special Education Life Skills Teacher, and Special Education Inclusion Teacher across Houston ISD, Spring Branch ISD, and Cleveland ISD. I entered teaching 10 years ago with a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance from Prairie View A&M University, which shaped my “why” for public education as a pillar of service and equity. I hold a master’s degree in Special Education and Educational Administration from Lamar University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Management with a K-12 concentration at Hampton University. Originally from the Houston area, I grew up in Cypress, TX. My wife, Jessica, and I have three daughters: Preslie, who is in 8th grade, Colbie, who is going to Kindergarten, and Lanie Joie, who was born this July 13th. As a family, we enjoy card games, traveling, swimming, and family movie nights. Personally, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, playing sports, and encouraging others.
